By downloading, installing, or using the Move Carefully mobile application (the “Game”), developed by Dynamik Wizard (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Game and uninstall it.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Game immediately.
